Kobalt Music Group is currently on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to enhance its Writer & Publisher Relations team based in Los Angeles. This role places an emphasis on nurturing client relationships, acting as a key liaison between Kobalt and its roster of songwriters and publishers. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for addressing administrative inquiries and delivering solutions for internal departments, making it imperative for candidates to possess strong communication skills and a love for music.

Key responsibilities include overseeing client agreement onboarding and ensuring the accurate ingestion of their catalogs. The Assistant Manager will also be accountable for maintaining and optimizing client account information to facilitate efficient catalog registration, royalty collection, and administration throughout clients’ agreements with Kobalt.
