Cumulus Media, specifically the Nashville branch, is currently seeking an experienced Music & Brand Content Manager (Station Program Director) to manage their Country Music products and stations, including 103.3 Country and 95.5 Nash Icon. This role involves leading all aspects of programming, operations, talent management, and online presence, with a focus on enhancing the on-air experience. The ideal candidates will have a blend of creativity with strategic thinking, allowing them to engage and grow their audiences effectively.

Responsibilities include programming all on-air music, coaching talent, and driving client partnerships. Candidates should possess operational knowledge of FCC broadcast rules, knowledge of contest regulations, and the ability to analyze data using Nielsen metrics. Excellent team leadership skills, interpersonal abilities, and superior communication skills are also essential.

The position requires a minimum of five years of experience in broadcasting or DSP audio curation, with supervisory experience preferred. Candidates should be adaptable, innovative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
