This Technician will be reporting to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology, and is expected to work in hotel and convention center settings.
The responsibilities include coordinating with clients to meet their audiovisual needs, managing equipment operations, and monitoring events throughout the day. Candidates are expected to have a High School Diploma, with an Associate's degree preferred. Prior customer service or hospitality experience, as well as audio-visual experience, are advantageous. The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
