ESPN Creative Studio is currently seeking a Sound Designer to join their dynamic team within the Content division of ESPN. This unit is renowned for conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative content across various domestic and international platforms. The role of Sound Designer is critical as it involves overseeing sound design projects that enhance ESPN's diverse offerings, collaborating with production partners, and providing feedback on audio edits.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant audio experience and proficiency in audio sweetening, especially using Avid Pro Tools. Knowledge in various audio processing techniques such as time-based processing, spectral processing, and dynamic processing is essential for executing high-quality sound design projects. Sound Designers at ESPN will maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and actively contribute to training initiatives aimed at improving the creative skills of the Edit staff.

Candidates should possess good communication skills, flexibility to work varying shifts, and a strong ability to work under tight deadlines. A Bachelor’s Degree in Sound Recording, Audio, Music, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus, reflecting ESPN's commitment to diverse communication.
