Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Protestant Contemporary Worship Gospel Service Musician for their operations located at Luke AFB, Arizona. This position requires a musician who embodies the values of integrity and a moral lifestyle consistent with Christian teachings. The selected candidate will lead worship services, contribute to the musical aspects of services including preludes, postludes, and choir/congregational singing, as well as provide accompaniment for special church events such as weddings and memorials.
Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience playing the piano or keyboard and should be adept at sight reading, playing by ear, and blending contemporary and gospel music styles. Additionally, two years of experience as an accompanist in a church setting is necessary. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate their technical abilities in a live audition.
Collaboration is key in this role; the musician will work closely with the CWGS Music Director, CWGS Chaplain, and Contract Monitor to validate work performed. All applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from an ordained clergyperson that attests to their musical competency and character, in addition to two letters affirming their moral and ethical character.
