As a Sound Engineer, your main responsibilities will include performing load-ins and load-outs of band and rental equipment, setting up and breaking down equipment, as well as making audio adjustments to maintain safe levels while providing a professional mix. You will have the opportunity to operate audio control boards and oversee visiting audio technicians during shows, ensuring a smooth experience for both artists and audiences.
To thrive in this environment, candidates should possess at least three years of experience in tour and stage production, familiarity with stage lighting, audio systems, and basic video systems. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills are required, as is proficiency with Microsoft applications. A high school diploma is necessary, while a college degree would be advantageous.
