This role involves overseeing daily sales operations and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will manage a sales team by providing guidance, support, and motivation to help achieve sales objectives. Other responsibilities include monitoring financial data, ensuring that all products are available for purchase, overseeing payroll and employee training, and promoting the Music & Arts lesson program.
