The Music Studio Atlanta, dedicated to music education and fostering creativity, is currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Manager. This role is crucial to upholding the Studio's mission, which aims to provide outstanding music learning experiences that build confidence among students.

As the Front Desk Manager, you will support the Owner's vision and work alongside a team of five other managers. Your responsibilities will include managing communications with students and families, handling scheduling and payment processing, and organizing events. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to prepare for upcoming activities, ensuring that the internal operations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position aims to delight clients and exceed their expectations by providing a welcoming environment and top-notch service. You will need to manage multiple email inboxes and ensure timely responses that leave a positive impression of the Studio.

Furthermore, applicants should be comfortable with technology, particularly software tools like Google Drive. A full-time commitment of approximately 35 hours a week is expected, with availability to rotate weekend shifts.
