Fundraiser launched for MC Stevie Hyper D documentary
A fundraiser has been launched to support the production of a documentary honoring the life of late drum & bass MC Stevie Hyper D. The film, titled 'HYPER: The Stevie Hyper D Story', is directed by Jamie Ross-Hulme and co-produced by Stevie's nephew, Darrell Austin. It aims to cover costs for music clearances, archive footage, and legal fees, with a goal of raising 35,000. Donors can receive various rewards, and the documentary is set to be released at the end of 2024, showcasing Stevie's impactful legacy in the drum & bass and jungle music scenes.
