George Harrison's landmark album, Living In The Material World, is set to receive a special 50th-anniversary reissue on November 15, 2024. Originally released in 1973, this fourth studio album has been remixed from the original tapes by Paul Hicks, with supervision from Olivia and Dhani Harrison.

This anniversary edition will be available in multiple formats, including LP, 2LP, CD, 2CD, colored vinyl, and a Super Deluxe box set. The Super Deluxe set, limited to 5000 units worldwide, will include a Blu-ray featuring tracks presented in Dolby Atmos, high-resolution 5.1 surround sound, and stereo mixes. In addition to the remixed album, this collection will showcase studio outtakes, alternative versions, and acoustic tracks. For those interested, one of the acoustic tracks, Take 18 of Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth), can be previewed online.

The Super Deluxe package also features a 60-page hardback book curated by Olivia Harrison and Rachel Cooper, packed with memorabilia and recording notes. Harrison’s widow, Olivia, hopes that fans will revisit or discover Living In The Material World, emphasizing its message of love and peace: "Give me love, give me peace on earth."

Dhani Harrison expresses excitement for sharing the album with newer audiences, highlighting it as a record made with love for humanity. This release promises not only to honor the original but also to engage a whole new generation of listeners. Pre-order details are available from various retailers, with prices starting at approximately £24.99 for the standard edition, going up to £139.99 for the Super Deluxe box set.
