Jeff Lynne's ELO Kicks off Farewell Tour With Plenty of Strange Magic
Jeff Lynne's Electric Light Orchestra commenced their final tour, dubbed the Over and Out Tour, in Palm Desert with a lively 21-song set. The crowd of over 9,000 enjoyed iconic hits from their 70s albums, despite some minor vocal missteps from the 76-year-old Lynne. The concert featured impressive production elements, including a visually engaging video display and laser light show. The audience sang along to classics like 'Evil Woman' and 'Mr. Blue Sky', as Lynne and his talented 13-piece band delivered a memorable night celebrating nearly five decades of music.
