Live Nation is currently seeking an Audio Sound Engineer for the House of Blues Orlando located in Disney Springs, Lake Buena Vista. This role requires a skilled individual to manage and execute various tasks related to audio production and equipment management during live events.

Responsibilities of the Role

The Audio Sound Engineer will be responsible for loading in and out band equipment, setting up and breaking down event equipment, cabling, and audio adjustments to ensure a professional mix. This position requires the operation of audio control boards, overseeing visiting audio technicians, and maintaining audio equipment. Additionally, the engineer will assist the Production Manager with technical advances and ensure the proper care of all audio equipment used in the venue.

Qualifications Required

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in tour and stage production, along with knowledge of stage lighting and pro audio systems. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and exceptional communication skills are a must. The physical demands include lifting up to 75 lbs and working in a moderately loud environment. While a college degree is preferred, a high school diploma is required.
