The successful candidate will spend part of their time collaborating with clients and producers to create polished, professional mixes that encapsulate the artists' visions. The other half will be dedicated to building relationships with prospective clients, showcasing the studio's services, and discussing how they can fulfill artists' needs.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a tidy studio environment, assisting in the upkeep of equipment, and aligning creative efforts with the marketing team. Having a strong portfolio of audio mixing experience is essential, with a requirement of at least 3 years, in addition to proficiency in Pro Tools. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills, making it easier to develop meaningful relationships with artists and clients alike.

This full-time position, which pays an hourly rate of $20.00, requires a commitment of 25-30 hours per week, and candidates must be available for day and night shifts.
