Kre8ivu, Inc is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual for the role of Audio/Music Production Instructor based in Concord, North Carolina. The position is part-time, offering a compensation of $25 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching middle and high school students how to navigate the world of music production using digital audio workstation (DAW) technology.

As an instructor, you will engage students in projects related to artists, commercials, and even video games, helping them to hone their skills in a fun and energetic atmosphere. A requirement for this role includes a minimum of four years of professional music production experience. Familiarity with various music genres and the ability to communicate effectively are also crucial for success.

Classes will have an average of 3 to 15 students, and an assistant will be available for larger classes, ensuring that individual attention can be given. Applicants should live within 30 miles of Concord, as no relocation is offered. Proficiency in music production software such as Studio One, Reason, Logic Pro, and Pro Tools is essential, along with a required laptop.

The candidate should possess a keen understanding of music theory and arrangement, while also being able to demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills. Individuals with a background in visual arts may have an advantage, as portfolio reviews are part of the interview process.
