Ladgov Corporation is currently on the lookout for a Contemporary Worship Musician to join their team at the Altus Air Force Base Chapel, specifically in Building 301. The musician will play a vital role in providing musical selections for the Contemporary Worship Service while also guiding other musicians who may use a variety of instruments, ranging from piano and organ to guitar and drums.

The position demands collaboration with the Praise and Worship Leader and the Designated Chaplain to coordinate weekly music rehearsals. The selected candidate will be expected to conduct one worship service each week and will also hold rehearsals daily to ensure the smooth running of worship activities. A critical requirement for this role includes conducting special worship services or rehearsals as needed.

Candidates must hold a minimum of three years of experience in a Contemporary-style worship setting within the last five years. A deep understanding of multi-cultural Christian worship music, particularly within a Protestant Christian context, is essential. Additionally, the ability to read music, play by ear, and perform on lead instruments such as guitar or piano is crucial. Knowledge of vocal harmony will support praise team members and soloists as required.
