Lambrini Girls, the politically-charged, energetic band from the UK, have released their latest single titled 'Company Culture'. The track, which follows recent hits like 'God's Country' and 'Body of Mine', takes a critical look at the toxic environments present in many workplaces today. Through biting lyrics and a fierce tone, the band sheds light on the struggles faced by women and queer individuals in professional settings, addressing themes such as deep-rooted sexism and the psychological impacts of harassment.

In a statement made by the band, they expressed frustration with the societal expectations that often leave marginalized individuals feeling sidelined. "Tired of working twice as hard while white, middle-aged men get credit for your ideas? Afraid to report harassment?" they question in their commentary on the track’s themes. Lambrini Girls highlight the internal conflict that comes with striving for success in an environment that often appears designed to undermine those efforts.

Alongside the single, Lambrini Girls have also announced an extensive tour across the UK and Europe in Spring 2025. The tour will start in February, with dates in cities like Lille, Paris, and Berlin, before returning to the UK for a series of shows including a notable headline performance at London's Electric Brixton. Tickets for the tour will go on sale at 10 AM on September 20th, 2024. Fans can find more details about the tour and purchase their tickets through Ticketmaster and other platforms. To celebrate the release, the official video for 'Company Culture' has also been made available, further invigorating the ongoing conversation about workplace culture.
