Lindsey Wilson College, a United Methodist affiliated liberal arts institution located in Columbia, Kentucky, is actively seeking an Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Choral Ensembles. The college is beautifully set on over 200 wooded acres, providing a serene environment conducive to learning. Columbia, situated in the foothills of Appalachia, offers proximity to a variety of outdoor recreational activities and is near notable attractions such as Lake Cumberland, Mammoth Cave National Park, and Cumberland Falls. Additionally, major cultural hubs like Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN are less than two hours away.

Candidates with a terminal degree in Music (DMA or Ph.D.) are invited to apply, with ABD considered. The ideal candidate will possess extensive choral music experience and leadership capabilities, particularly in directing the Lindsey Wilson College Singers, a professional-performing arts ensemble that tours extensively both nationally and internationally. Moreover, those with backgrounds in music production or the music industry are especially encouraged to consider this opportunity.
