The job requires proficiency in operating audio control boards and managing interactions with visiting audio technicians.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in tour and stage production, along with skills in stage lighting and pro audio systems. Organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, and a high school diploma are also required, while a college degree is preferred. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in moderately loud environments.
