James Hetfield, the lead singer and guitarist of Metallica, shares his experience acting in the western thriller 'The Thicket', where he plays a lawman alongside Peter Dinklage. Although he was sought for the role and enjoyed the final product, Hetfield admits he is not fond of acting and finds the waiting during filming tedious compared to the immediacy of music performance. He concludes that music is more engaging for him than the film industry.
