Metallica has announced a new series of North American concert dates for 2025 as part of their ongoing M72 world tour. The band will hit the road starting in April, playing 21 shows across various cities until June. Metallica's tour will feature performances at prominent festivals, including headlining slots at the Sick New World and Sonic Temple festivals.

Support acts will vary by location and include renowned bands such as Pantera, Limp Bizkit, Suicidal Tendencies, and Ice Nine Kills. Notable concert dates include stops in Las Vegas on April 12, Columbus on May 9 and 11, and Denver on June 27 and 29.

Tickets for the upcoming shows will go on sale on September 27 at 10 AM local time. The M72 tour previously featured a unique format dubbed "No Repeat Weekends," allowing fans to experience two distinct concerts in the same venue, with an impressive setlist that features no overlapping songs.

Currently, the band is performing in Central America, with a series of four shows scheduled in Mexico City from September 20 to September 29. Following the release of their latest album, 72 Seasons, Metallica continues to solidify its position as a leading force in the heavy metal scene.
