The role involves collaborating closely with the Technical Program Manager to modernize and streamline all audio-visual projects.
Key responsibilities include managing technical execution for high-profile meetings and providing support across various buildings and conference centers. The selected individual will generate and maintain documentation for the audio-visual systems, ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly. Applicants should have a strong technical background in managing AV infrastructure and troubleshooting a variety of AV equipment, including Crestron, AMX, and QSC systems.
In addition to a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, the position demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate will also be equipped with certifications such as Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or its equivalents.
