The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a part-time Music Licensing Coordinator who will work under the guidance of the Director of Music Administration & Supervision. This role involves collaboration with other Music Licensing coordinators to facilitate the licensing of commercial music for various NFL Media programming, which includes NFL Films, NFL Network, and NFL Digital Media and Marketing.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the licensing processes, managing paperwork, establishing new vendor setups, and tracking payments and licenses through execution. The successful candidate will need to communicate effectively with labels, publishers, and artists to request necessary licenses and invoices for cleared songs. Attention to detail is essential, as the job also involves updating databases and spreadsheets, and assisting with research and clearance of songs when necessary.

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in music publishing or related fields, along with solid knowledge of current music trends, proficient skills in EXCEL and Word, and familiarity with music laws and unions. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. The position offers flexible working hours, with 30 hours per week based primarily in Mt. Laurel, NJ, and a competitive salary ranging from $27 to $30 per hour.
