Princess Goes, the New York-based trio featuring Michael C. Hall, Matt Katz-Bohen, and Peter Yanowitz, have announced the release of a Deluxe Edition of their second album, Come Of Age, which is available now via SO In De Goot Recordings. This expanded edition includes reimagined tracks alongside live recordings from their recent performances.
The Deluxe Edition features a total of seventeen tracks, with notable content such as new versions of fan favorites and a live performance of "Beija" from their headline set at EaRTH in October 2023. In collaboration with producer Brandon Bost, renowned for his work with Mumford & Sons and U2, the band revisited select tracks, recorded at Echo Mountain Studio in Asheville, NC.
Among the reimagined tracks is a fresh take on "Armageddon Suite" from their debut album. The band noted that the new version emerged organically during jam sessions earlier this year, further solidifying their artistic evolution. Come Of Age has been described as the band’s most accessible work yet, showcasing a blend of catchy and experimental elements combined with engaging synth-heavy soundscapes.
