Rickenbacker Aviation is currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager to support the Label Partnerships team in executing and scaling global marketing programs for music labels. The position is a full-time, remote role that will commence in October 2024 and initially last for 12 months, with the opportunity for extensions based on performance.

As a Marketing Manager, primary responsibilities include maintaining program management tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, tracking content delivery across various campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams that include content promotion, data analytics, engineering, and program management. The role also entails attending planning and execution meetings to enhance internal processes and campaign effectiveness.

Applicants are expected to have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the digital music space, and should be adept at managing contracts and payments.
