RZA Releases First Classical Album 'A Ballet Through Mud'
RZA has released his first classical composition titled 'A Ballet Through Mud,' performed live by the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and distributed through Platoon and 36 Chambers. The ballet, which explores themes of love, loss, and friendship, is characterized by characters named after Greek musical scales. Inspired by rediscovered lyric books during the pandemic, RZA reflects on his journey from Staten Island to his success in concert halls. The work was mixed and mastered by Pietro Rossi and conducted by Christopher Dragon. RZA's composition is now available for streaming.
