The Guitar Center Music Foundation is currently looking for a Store Manager to lead their retail business. This position allows for participation in the company’s bonus program, depending on overall company performance.
The ideal candidate will embody the creativity and passion for music that Guitar Center strives to instill in its culture. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail operation and guiding their team toward achieving key performance indicators. This includes managing product and service delivery and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Potential Store Managers should possess robust business acumen, emphasizing customer service and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, managing expenses through P&L oversight, recruiting and training staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining inclusive work conditions.
The company prefers candidates with at least four years of managerial experience and familiarity with retail systems. A bachelor’s degree is also preferred but not mandatory.
