The Lede Company is on the lookout for a temporary Talent PR Assistant to provide crucial support to a Publicist in Los Angeles. Ideal candidates should possess a strong enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced work environment.
This temporary role is expected to last approximately 2 to 4 weeks, starting immediately. The responsibilities of the position include administrative duties such as managing a high volume of communication through calls and emails, scheduling, handling expenses, and coordinating travel. Additional tasks involve details related to client photo shoots, press junkets, premieres, and releases. Maintaining digital press kits, processing client requests promptly, and drafting press releases also form a critical part of this role.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree preferably in PR or Communications, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be exceptionally organized. Strong interpersonal, networking, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, especially under pressure.
