With 13 tracks on this new project, the band showcases a diverse sonic palette that includes house, synthwave, disco, and pop influences.

Notable collaborations on the album enhance the depth of sound, featuring artists such as RY X, Blue Hawaii, Adriatique, and Kölsch. This release represents a significant milestone in WhoMadeWho’s extensive career, following their 2022 album, UUUU. In the lead-up to Kiss & Forget, the band connected with fans by releasing standout singles, including the lead track "Children," which features the serene vocals of the Vesterbros Ungdomsgrd children's choir. This track received early acclaim, being highlighted as an Essential New Tune by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1.
