Sigil Partners is actively looking to recruit an experienced Audio Visual Engineer to join their dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining various audio-visual systems tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization.

The role involves conceiving and designing AV environments while collaborating closely with team members, clients, and manufacturers. It's essential for the engineer to excel in systems design and to assist the sales team in analyzing and developing audiovisual solutions. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in audio and video processing technologies, including work involving popular platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Webex, among others.

A minimum of three years experience in system design is required, along with experience in audio and video processing, CAD, and preferably Revit. Strong knowledge of AV environments and video conferencing technologies, including Crestron and Extron systems, is critical for this position. The engineer will also be responsible for providing pre-sales support to sales and technical staff, helping to develop proposals and review RFPs.

Candidates must be willing to commute to Rockford, MN, and must be ready to relocate before starting work, as the position requires working in person.
