Azealia Banks has publicly urged Taylor Swift to take legal action against Elon Musk, reacting to comments he made regarding Swift's announcement endorsing Kamala Harris. The incident ignited a wave of controversy when Musk tweeted, "Fine Taylor, you win. I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life," in response to Swift's post which included a playful photo of her cat, Benjamin Button.

Following this, Banks publicly labeled Musk's comments as harassment and took to X to express her views, stating: "Nah this is actual sexual harassment. Taylor should flex on his ass and sue him for loads of cash n level up to be the most undefeatable richest woman in the history of music. Take his fucking money taylorrrrrrr!!!! Put his ass in a hole sis."

Banks further amplified her statement in subsequent tweets, suggesting that Swift's wealth could make her untouchable, evoking reactions from both fans and critics. Swift, who has seen a 500% increase in voter registration due to her endorsement of Harris, has yet to respond to either Musk or Banks' statements.

This saga comes in the wake of recent events, including the Trump campaign's release of a t-shirt styled after Swift's "Eras Tour" merchandise and ongoing tensions surrounding Swift's political support. Musk has continued to defend his original statement by tweeting about toxoplasma gondii, a parasite associated with cats, which he claimed as a danger to democracy.

The situation remains fluid as fans speculate whether Swift will indeed take legal action against Musk, following a similar pattern observed when Trump misused her image in AI-generated posts.
