Berklee College of Music is currently seeking a City Music Office Assistant, an excellent opportunity for students wishing to engage with the vibrant campus community while earning some income. Potential candidates must be current students at Berklee or the Boston Conservatory and enrolled at least half-time in any degree, diploma, or certificate program. This role reflects a commitment to essential office support, enabling students to gain valuable experience in a music environment.

The City Music Office Assistant will work under the guidance of the Assistant Director for Enrollment and Advising, offering front-line assistance within the City Music Office. Applicants should possess strong communication abilities, customer service skills, and a fundamental understanding of office systems technology, including word processing and spreadsheets. Work hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for approximately 15 hours per week.

Ideal candidates will also have organizational, interpersonal, and basic photography/videography competencies. Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram is essential. The role includes public-facing responsibilities, mentored engagement with City Music students, and support activities for City Music Boston staff.
