The qualifications for this role require a Master’s degree in Music Therapy from an accredited institution, although a Bachelor's degree coupled with relevant experience may be accepted. Additionally, board certification as a Music Therapist is necessary. BCN prefers candidates with healthcare experience and skills in creating Heartbeat Songs using tools like the EKO Stethoscope and Garage Band, highlighting the innovative approach this organization takes toward music therapy.
