Bon Iver is gearing up to release a new single titled 'S P E Y S I D E' on September 20th. This marks the first new material from the band since their 2019 studio album, 'I,I,' which received widespread critical acclaim.
The brainchild of Justin Vernon, Bon Iver has remained active since their last full album, having collaborated on projects such as Big Red Machine. In the interim, Vernon contributed to various artists’ works, performing with musicians ranging from Beyoncé to Beverly Glenn-Copeland.
The upcoming single 'S P E Y S I D E' is available for pre-save now. According to the released press notes, the track features vocals and guitar by Vernon, alongside viola contributions from Rob Moose. The production credits reveal that Vernon co-produced the single with Jim-E Stack, while the music video will be helmed by Erinn Springer.
