Diversified, a leading global organization established in 1993, is actively seeking a Field Engineer Supervisor. This role is pivotal in ensuring that ongoing technical projects receive the necessary guidance and mentorship. The ideal candidate will provide support and training to Field Engineers while also leading significant technical initiatives across various locations worldwide.
In this position, the Field Engineer Supervisor will split their time between on-site visits to clients, where 50% of the role involves direct engagement with project teams, and the remaining time allocated to managing personnel and project schedules. Responsibilities include troubleshooting AV and network systems across event spaces, participating in project kickoff calls, and reviewing technical documents to assure they are suitable for implementation.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree along with 3-5 years’ experience as a Field Engineer. Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and AV system knowledge, including AVIXA certifications, is preferred.
The position requires frequent travel by car and occasional flights, demanding flexibility and the ability to work on active job sites.
