This position will be a crucial support role within the Client Services department, focused on assisting songwriters, artists, managers, and other clients primarily with non-creative matters. The headquarters is located in Nashville, with additional offices in major cities such as Los Angeles, New York, and London, among others.

The Client Services Associate will be tasked with various responsibilities, including acting as the main administrative contact for royalty-generating clients, managing Royalty Portal accounts, and assisting with onboarding new payees. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in roles such as Royalties, Accounts Payable, or Customer Services, with a strong preference for experience in the music industry. Familiarity with sensitive data like tax information is essential, along with proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.

The role requires multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Spanish fluency is preferred, and the job demands being in the office at least four days a week.
