The role includes responsibilities such as performing load-in and load-out of band equipment, setting up and breaking down equipment, and ensuring proper audio adjustments to maintain safe levels. Collaboration with the entire crew is essential, especially in terms of cabling and patching, and overseeing visiting audio techs during shows. An Audio Engineer will be expected to operate audio control boards and maintain all audio equipment, ensuring that the highest standards of sound quality are met.
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of tour and stage production experience, alongside proficiency in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects effectively.
