The ideal candidate must possess a doctoral degree in Audiology, a current state license, and at least two years of experience in hearing aid dispensing. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with software such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are essential. The role also involves significant travel—up to 75% of the time—to provide on-site training, demonstrate products, and conduct educational seminars.
