FKA Twigs has officially released the first single titled "EUSEXUA" from her highly anticipated studio album of the same name. This new track showcases a vibrant euro-trance sound and is a collaboration with producers Eartheater and Koreless. The announcement was made via her Instagram, where Twigs revealed insights into the album's inception, notably referencing a rave she attended in Prague that inspired the term "EUSEXUA."

Twigs describes this term as a practice, a state of being, and central to her artistic expression, calling it her opus. The album is slated for release on January 24, 2025, with promises of being a "transcendental rave masterpiece."

In comparison to the more upbeat sounds of Charli XCX's recent summer release, "Brat," Twigs' forthcoming project is expected to explore darker themes. Her last project, the genre-blending mixtape "Caprisongs," was released in 2022 and featured an eclectic mix of styles, including indie electronic and reggaeton.

In addition to her musical endeavors, Twigs has been busy with various projects, including a role in the film "The Crow," advocacy for generative AI at the U.S. Congress, and a new collaboration with performance apparel brand On. Fans can now listen to "EUSEXUA" on major streaming platforms. For additional details, visit Hypebeast.
