Guitar Center is currently searching for a Retail Sales Associate to join their Music & Arts team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and achieving personal sales goals, in alignment with the store's overarching sales and profit objectives. Ideal candidates will not only drive personal sales but also promote Music & Arts' lesson programs, engage with local schools and community organizations, and develop lasting customer relationships.

The position requires an elementary understanding of musical instruments and written music, alongside a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience demonstrating their competency and knowledge in musical products. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about music and wish to help instill that passion in customers.
