Guitar Center Music Foundation is currently looking for a skilled Guitar Repair Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting with the maintenance of store inventory. Ensuring a positive customer experience is crucial and technicians are expected to connect meaningfully with customers while demonstrating excellent craftsmanship in servicing instruments.
The ideal candidates will possess a strong customer focus and take initiative to identify opportunities within the repair process. You will also be involved in training others, maintaining store-owned gear, and completing warranty repairs. Previous experience in guitar repair is essential, and foundational product knowledge pertaining to Guitar Center products is preferred.
