Guitar Center Music Foundation is currently on the lookout for a Store Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s retail landscape. This position emphasizes creativity and music, embracing the foundation’s mission to nurture lifelong musicians from all walks of life. The Store Manager will oversee the store's daily operations, providing leadership to ensure that both financial targets and customer satisfaction are achieved.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a deep understanding of key business drivers and customer service principles. They should possess excellent organizational skills and a proven track record in performance management. Responsibilities include achieving revenue and EBITDA targets, training and mentoring staff, and maintaining a culture of integrity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a retail environment along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Weekend and evening availability is also a requirement, as is the capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
