St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church is searching for a Spanish Coordinator of Music Ministry. This position is mainly part-time and offers flexible hours, catering to candidates looking for a manageable work-life balance. Interestingly, there is also a possibility for full-time employment with benefits if the candidate can sync this job with a Music Teacher's role at the parish school or take on office hours in the Parish Office.

The primary responsibility of this role is to report to the Director of Music Ministry and the Pastor of the Parish, highlighting the importance of collaboration within the church's music team. Ideal candidates should ideally be practicing Catholics, demonstrating commitment to the teachings of the Church.

In addition, the role requires bilingual proficiency to effectively engage with both Spanish and English-speaking families and musicians. The candidate will handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling, music planning, and help facilitate special programs. Moreover, the candidate may also be required to sing or play for Masses and direct choirs or ensembles as necessary.
