This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside the Senior Manager of Sync Licensing, focusing on various aspects of synchronization licensing and administrative functions related to Downtown Music Publishing's extensive catalog.

This hybrid role presents candidates with the option of working primarily in New York City, although Nashville is also a potential location. The responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various licensing agreements across diverse media such as film, television, and video games, as well as managing relationships with production companies and licensees. Moreover, the coordinator will identify opportunities to promote Downtown's diverse catalog.

Candidates for the role should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a music publishing or related field, and possess a comprehensive understanding of music licensing, copyright, and the ability to communicate effectively with varied stakeholders. The position demands excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a proactive attitude towards learning and career growth.
