Abrazo Group, a leader in audio technology, is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in audio embedded DSP. This position involves analyzing, designing, developing, and debugging audio features on both iOS and Android systems. The selected candidate will also be responsible for developing software for various consumer devices and writing clean, readable code.
The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in developing software systems, particularly in audio DSP or machine learning signal processing. Proficiency in C or C++ and experience in Android or Linux audio stack development are essential.
In this role, employees will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop hearable audio systems, ensuring they meet key user experience requirements. This includes tuning, evaluating, and debugging audio algorithms, as well as validating and debugging audio system software.
Preferred qualifications include an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, proficiency in GStreamer, familiarity with FPGA and ASIC design, and experience with audio codecs and signal processing.
