A leading company is searching for a skilled Music Production Engineer to join their team on a pay-per-hire basis. This unique opportunity requires expertise in creating high-quality vocal tracks, allowing engineers to transform raw vocal stems into polished, radio-ready songs. The job primarily focuses on vocal-only music, making it essential for candidates to showcase their proficiency in structuring, editing, and producing vocals.

The responsibilities of the Music Production Engineer will include managing project stems, applying pitch correction, enhancing vocals with professional effects, and ensuring the final mix and master meet industry standards for mainstream release. Candidates must also be proficient with various Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) like Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, or Ableton Live.

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess a strong background in vocal mixing and an understanding of vocal tuning software such as Melodyne or Autotune. Communication skills are vital as collaboration with a designated admin team member will be necessary to align the artistic direction of the project. Familiarity with project management tools, particularly ClickUp, is also essential.

As this position operates on a pay-per-hire basis, pay structures will vary according to project complexity. Interested candidates should submit a portfolio, a brief description of their production approach, and details pertaining to their project rates and turnaround times.
