This role is designed to cater to students with multiple disabilities within a full-day classroom setting. The Music Therapist will utilize music as a therapeutic medium to assist students in achieving clearly defined educational goals.

The position, which requires 16 hours a week, encompasses several key responsibilities, including providing individual and group therapy sessions for children using various music therapy interventions and methodologies. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions, as well as participating in collaborative meetings involving parents, educational professionals, and administration, is crucial to the role.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy or a related field, as well as Board Certification as a Music Therapist (MT-BC). Previous experience in music therapy is preferred.
