Brighton punk duo Lambrini Girls have made waves with their provocative new single, "Company Culture," released on September 17, 2024. The track tackles issues surrounding workplace harassment and societal expectations with pointed lyrics, including, "Tired of working twice as hard while white, middle-aged men get credit for your ideas?" Thus, it captures the frustrations of women and queer individuals facing systemic challenges in professional settings.

The accompanying music video, directed by Al Brown, depicts the duo, comprised of Phoebe Lunny and Lilly Macieira, in an office environment where they destructively perform the song, further emphasizing their discontent with the traditional workplace narrative. In a press release, the band made it clear that the song is meant to resonate with anyone who has felt diminished in a work setting.

In tandem with this release, Lambrini Girls have revealed a 2025 UK and European tour, commencing in February and extending into April. The tour will take them through notable stops in Lille, Paris, Berlin, and London, where they will wrap up at Electric Brixton on April 17, 2025. General ticket sales for the tour will begin on September 20, 2024. For those interested in attending their performances, a full list of their tour dates can be found here.

Additionally, the band is set to support IDLES during their two-night run at London's Alexandra Palace later this year. Lunny has expressed excitement over the opportunity, highlighting their admiration for IDLES and anticipation for the upcoming shows.

"Company Culture" is the latest release from Lambrini Girls following their previous singles "Body Of Mine" and "God's Country." As they continue to gain momentum, it remains to be seen what else they have in store for fans, but notable future performances indicate a commitment to engaging with audiences.
