During the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards held on September 11 in Elmont, New York, Damiano David, the lead singer of Italian rock band Måneskin, revealed significant details about his forthcoming solo project, which is set to launch on September 27, 2024. In an exclusive interview with The Associated Press, David expressed his enthusiasm about this long-term creative endeavor. He stated, "I've been working for a long, long time on a new project and September 27 is the date of release, so I would love everyone to stay tuned."

David elaborated on the intricacies of working independently compared to being part of a band, teasing that listeners can expect a fresh sound. "There's going to be a lot of new things," he suggested, while affirming the stability of Måneskin by declaring, "The band is great. We are going to work on stuff. Nothing is going to change."

Accompanying David, fellow band member Victoria De Angelis also participated in the VMAs and shared insights regarding her own solo project, titled "Get Up Bitch (Shake Ya Ass)," which features collaboration with Brazilian superstar Anitta. De Angelis aimed to quell concerns regarding rumors of the band's potential disbandment post their recent tour, emphasizing that Måneskin remains unified and robust.

Intriguingly, David recently posted a cryptic teaser on Instagram featuring a monologue that included, "I travelled all around the world to find my voice, just to end up where everything's started." Fans speculate that this could allude to the title 'Everywhere,' hinting at the possibility of a new single or album.

Måneskin's latest full-length project was their 2023 album 'Rush,' which received mixed reviews yet was noted for its dynamic live performances. As excitement builds for the solo endeavors of both David and De Angelis, Måneskin’s presence continues to resonate within the music industry, promising to keep their fanbase engaged.
