NDM Hospitality is currently seeking a Manager of Entertainment who is self-motivated and self-managed. This role is essential for overseeing front-of-house operations and audio services during internal live performances, as well as addressing occasional external client needs. The Manager will collaborate closely with the property’s General Manager and maintenance teams to ensure successful execution of events.
The position involves multiple responsibilities including the design and programming of A/V systems tailored for various projects and entertainment venues. A significant part of the job also focuses on supervising the operation and maintenance of audio, lighting, and video equipment, ensuring a high standard of safety and quality in alignment with TEG brand standards.
Ideal candidates should possess at least five years of supervisory experience in entertainment or event operations, alongside the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate professionally in English. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an emphasis on staying current with industry practices. An associate degree from a technical school is preferred but not mandatory.
