A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a must, along with at least 7 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically in DSP and audio algorithm development. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the expectation that the candidate will contribute to algorithm implementation and optimization for device-specific chipsets.

Collaboration is essential at Meta, where team members will work alongside researchers and applied scientists from multiple disciplines. Ideal candidates will possess experience in machine learning, particularly in Small footprint ML, Differential DSP, Echo/Noise reduction, and Spatial Processing.
